Turmeric essential oil has been an important part of traditional herbalism for thousands of years. Turmerones are also bioactive molecules in turmeric which benefit health.
Curcumin and turmerones are not the same, but they both offer health-promoting benefits to the body and it’s believed that they can even work in tandem.
Add a few drops to a carrier oil and massage into desired areas needed comfort, such as joints or muscles.
Diffuse a drop or two. Turmeric oil blends well with clary sage, ginger and ylang ylang.
